Notice is hereby given to consumers to resolve disputes out of court with business arising from catalog purchases of goods and services online or through online markets (so-called Marketplace), you can use the ODR online platform, managed by the European Commission, at the address :

Accessing the platform consumers can choose the first body to which to resolve the dispute and enable the relevant procedure.

The ODR platform can not be used if:
- The consumer lives outside dell'UEI
- The seller is established outside the EU
- The complaint relates to goods or services purchased offline, in a real store.
