Right of withdrawal

Store Padiglioni allows the return or replacement, even without any reason, within 7 days after delivery of the product. In the case you want to exchange or return purchased products simply you have to follow the instructions that you find here

Right of withdrawal  The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 7 calendar days from receipt of products.  The client can exercise the right of withdrawal if it meets these conditions:

• The products have not been used.

Packages must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches.

•The accompanying label must be intact and not separated from object.

•The product must be accompanied by the guarantee attached and with all document received.

EASY RETURN:

To make the return you must:

- Log in to our website store.padiglioni.it - Select "Your orders" and then "Request return" (next to the order that you decide to return)

- Select the product / s to make

- Choose how resending and then the refund: coupon to spend on your next purchase or accreditation.

At this point, print the shipping label and attached it externally to the package.

Please Note: The freight cost will be deducted from your refund ! ( see table on DELIVERY page )

We also remember that, according to D. Decree 206/05 the customer not can exercise the right of withdrawal on items manufactured on request or personalized.
