Tamashii (or Shamballa) is a bracelet used by tibetan monks for meditation, religious practices, and as a talisman. In fact, Tamashii means “soul” and the term is derived from tama means “jewel” and “jewel of soul”. The wearer pursues an ideal of peace and love towards themselves and the world, and the cuff helps to protect his soul, to make it grow and make them find a role and a sense of life.
